Spinning

Advanced Automation, Sensor enabled auto coners, Automatic Bobbin transport system which enable optimum speed and efficiency in production in our spinning plant. Highly automated system comforts production and reduces dependencies in human resources.

Believing use of certified cotton such as organic cotton, BCI and GOTS which support the sustainability, we ensure that the cotton farmers are protected keeping in view of ethical trading.

Knitting

Automated Knitting Machines improves the efficiency of production output of the fabric. Our advanced automated knitting machines minimizes the work force and improves quality standard with minimum wastage.

Dyeing

Our state of the art automated dyeing plant situated at SIPCOT Perundurai caters to the need of our garmenting units. It is designed for best efficiency with excellent quality standards, Zero Discharge & strict pollution control mechanism to meet the environment standards. Our Effluent treatment plant is one of the best technologies and highly supported with biological treatment facility.

Embroidery

Printing

The state of art facility at Thekkalur is our printing plant and is fully automated and is one among the modern technology in the process of Panel Printing.

Garmenting

We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of knitted garments for infants and children in India. Garments are manufactured at our integrated facilities that allow us to provide end-to-end garment manufacturing services from greige fabric to finished products.
