Mrs.Shantha is a Joint Managing Director and responsible for the Garment division of the Company. She holds B.Tech (Textiles) and a Master of Business administration (MBA) from PSG Institute of Management.

She is the part of the promoter group of the Company and associated with the Company since 2005 with a vast experience in management and administration of textiles business.

She is currently the Joint Managing Director of S.P.Apparels Limited and Managing Director of S.P.Superfine Cotton Mills Private Limited and Director in S.P.Retail Brands Limited (SPRBL) involved in promoting retail sales and development of digital marketing of the products of the Company.
