Mr.V.Sakthivel is an Independent, Non-Executive Director of our Company. He was appointed as a Director of our Company on January 30, 2006 and was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on March 30, 2015.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He has approximately 40 years of experience in the fields of commerce and accountancy. He has previously worked with Thriveni Earth Movers Private Limited as the director of finance.
